Tam had been my Mathematics tutor since middle school (Independent Examination Board) and I could not have been more lucky. Tam Hastings tutored our daughter in math during her International Baccalaureate (IB). She successfully passed all her exams – no doubt also because of Tam’s exquisite tutoring. But maybe even more importantly, Tam found a way to make math again interesting and enjoyable for our daughter. I think this is due to Tam’s exquisite teaching and listening quality, adapting her explanations to each of her students individually, something that is often lacking in a class with many pupils.
